The Women’s Summit® at Bryant University is New England’s longest-running conference dedicated to empowering women to thrive professionally, personally, and financially. Since its founding in 1997, the Summit has welcomed thousands of attendees at every stage of their careers to Bryant’s Smithfield, Rhode Island campus for a day of inspiration, connection, and transformation.

Known for its thought-provoking keynote speakers, dynamic breakout sessions, and energizing networking opportunities, the Summit has cultivated a vibrant community of changemakers and loyal participants who return year after year.

From women-identified living and learning communities to the Ellen Wilson Leadership Center, the spirit of empowerment and personal growth extends far beyond this one extraordinary day, it’s woven into the fabric of life at Bryant University.
